1. General information
The order made by the customer implies his/her acceptance of the present GCS in their entirety. The contract for the sale of articles by Internet is entered into between Lucrin - a subsidiary of Lucrin SA - (hereafter refered to as "Lucrin") - and the customer. The customer confirms that he/she has the capacity to enter into a contract with Lucrin on the basis of the GCS shown on the website Lucrin.COM (hereafter referred to as "our website"). These GCS will prevail over any other condition stated on our website.
2. Characteristics of an article
All our articles are products of quality. The articles are sold with no other guarantee than that of the manufacturer. We do our best to ensure that the colours are represented as accurately as possible. However slight differences in color may be noted between the article and the one received, in particular because of the compression of the images for the Internet.
3. Delivery
The cost of the delivery to Switzerland is 6,90 CHF (including taxes) and 6,9 Euros (including taxes) and 5,18 Pounds (including taxes) and 5,99 USD for the countries in Europe and USA. For the rest of the world, shipping costs are charged according to the weight of the order and the delivery destination. In order to provide the customer with a fast and efficient mail order service, our articles are generally dispatched within 7 to 10 working days to the address indicated. If the article cannot be sent within 5 days, a new delivery time will be advised to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The customer then has the to cancel the order within 48 hours if this new delivery time is thought to be too long. If nothing is heard from the customer within this period, the order will be confirmed automatically. Deliveries are not limited to the territory of Switzerland. In Switzerland, there is no delivery on Sundays, national and cantonal public holidays. We decline all responsibility for the progress of an order and delivery. If the information provided is inaccurate, our company cannot be held responsible for inability to deliver nor for failing to meet deadlines. In the event a delivery problem with the carrier, our company is released from any responsibility. In the case of sales outside Switzerland, customs duties and any other taxes are the responsibility of our customers.
4. Price
The prices of the invoiced items are those that are in effect on the date of the order and that are shown on the order confirmation. The prices are inclusive of all taxes for Switzerland and EU countries. For all other countries they are exclusive of VAT.

4. Price

5. Import
All deliveries made in Switzerland and the European Union are cleared through customs by us and delivered as imported goods. For all other countries, the customer is responsible for taking all necessary steps with regard to the import of goods into his territory, in accordance with the law. The customer confirms that he is over 18 and that he has the right and capacity to order the goods. He also guarantees that the order conforms to the provisions of the laws in force in the country of delivery or residence of the purchaser, and that all of the information provided is accurate. The total is to be paid to our carrier upon delivery.
6. Terms of payment and security
When the purchaser orders an article on our site, all the payments carried out are protected. Lucrin uses the following systems of payment:
- by credit card Visa, Eurocard, American Express and Diners International
- by the Swiss postal service’s Postcard
- by Paypal
This integrated system on our site is entirely protected via the Gateway server, with certificate of authentication. Confidential data (customer identification and credit card numbers) are stored only by banking partners on highly protected servers. Payments can be made by credit card without additional charges. The secure credit card payment procedure is based on the data encryption protocol: Protocol SSL 128 bits, standard RC4 with certificates 1024RSA, true reference on the matter. This procedure, managed by ATOS (data-processing company), consists of encrypting the information on your own terminal, even before transferring it via the Internet. The payment is validated with the order. In the event of the goods being returned, BABYBOOT opens a credit on the customer’s account in order to enable him/her to order any new articles later without incurring any costs. If the customer wishes to be refunded, BABYBOOT will deduct 10% of the already amount already paid in order to cover its expenses.
7. Data protection
The customer gives his/her consent that the personal data that was provided within the framework of the contractual relationship with Lucrin is safeguarded by Lucrin. The customer’s personal details are stored solely with the aim of facilitating the purchase of new articles by the customer and to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly (Article 4 Al. 3 LPD). The personal data relating to the customer are treated confidentially and safeguarded (Article 7 LPD). In no way is this data transmitted to any third parties.
8. Order
The contract comes into force as soon as the order is placed by the customer and validated. From this moment, the order can only be cancelled if Lucrin is unable to send the goods within the allowed time and the customer refuses the new delivery time proposed by Lucrin.
9. Acceptance of the order
The order is accepted as soon as it has been received and validated. When sending the order, the customer automatically confirms that he/she has seen and accepted the general conditions of sale. In the event of exceptional circumstances, in particular insolvency or incorrect information, Lucrin reserves the right to refuse or accept the order from a customer.
10. INVOICING AND CONFIRMATION
Each customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and then by post when the goods are dispatched. If the customer did not place the order by Internet, the invoice alone will serve as confirmation of the order.
11. Return policy
The customer has a right to return the article within 10 days of receipt at his/her residence. Only articles that are not customized can be returned. If the customer is not fully satisfied, he/she has the option of returning the goods at his/her own expense in perfect condition in their original packaging. In addition, should the article unfortunately arrive at the customer’s home in poor condition, Lucrin will be happy to exchange. All that needs to be done is to return the damaged article with an official report from the post office.
12. Legal property
The goods remain the property of Lucrin until paid for in full. These GCS, together with the contracts concluded in its application are governed by Swiss law. The court of jurisdiction in the event of litigation is that of Geneva in Switzerland.
