Beautiful handmade leather goods of fine quality, excellent customer service

The A4 coloured leather 4-ring files are awesome and the packaging was very secure and efficient.
Unfortunately, Lucrin have been let down (twice) by the delivery organisation who firstly delivered a damaged box and then on the second order left the package elsewhere without informing me.
If the delivery organisation could be improved we would be ordering more but...
